Cancelation Policy
To prevent a cancelation fee, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your spray tan appointment. Cancelations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost, which must be paid before booking another appointment. If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, the full service amount will be required before rescheduling.
All cancellations must be communicated via text or by speaking directly with your technician.
We do not accept cancellations through email.
No Show
If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and you fail to attend your appointment, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the service. Additionally, a credit card will be required on file to secure any future bookings. Clients who miss more than one appointment without notice must prepay in full for all future services.
Payment Policy
All Southern Spray Tan services are non-refundable. If you experience any issues or have concerns, you must notify us within 48 hours. We offer complimentary touch-ups within this timeframe, subject to management approval and availability. If you are unable to receive a touch-up within the first 48 hours, you must still report your concerns within that period.
Tanning Parties and Groups
For group appointments of three or more people, a valid credit card must be linked to your Southern Spray Tan client account to secure the booking. We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If a cancelation is made late or a group member does not show up, the credit card on file will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
Clients who prefer not to keep a credit card on file have the option to pay a 50% deposit via e-transfer.
We accept cash, credit and Venmo as payment for all services provided.
